1. Return Period

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation or email).

  • Returns are accepted only after contacting our support team at the Email.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or warehouse without prior approval — we will provide the correct return address.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items returned after the 15-day period.

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable).


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo or video showing the damage

We will gladly send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product simply because you don’t like it or changed your mind, please contact us at the Email

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.


7. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, email us at the Email and we’ll assist you.


8. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product is defective or damaged).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent without tracking.
